MQ8260A crankshaft grinding machine is designed and manufactured on the basis of the Model MQ8206. It is used to grind the journals and crankpins of engine crankshafts. Due to its consistent quality and reliability, the crankshaft grinder is sought after by factories and repair shops of automobiles, tractors and diesel engines.

Structural Features
1. Three different rotational speeds can be achieved by making use of the belts in the headstock.
2. Cross chucks are used in the headstock and tailstock.
3. The headstock transmission chain adopts friction coupling for easy adjustment.
4. The table of the crankshaft grinding machine is operated either by hand or by power.
5. The wheelhead is hydraulically controlled, which moves forward and backward very quickly.
6. The wheel spindle being of 80mm in diameter has good rigidity and strength.
7. The bed ways and wheelhead are lubricated in an automatic cycle by means of the oil pump.
